Suspended five metres into the canopy, Leaf gives naturalists the ideal position to take in the surrounding wildlife and make the most of Knepp Castle Estate’s amazing rewilding project.
The shape and structure draw inspiration from nature’s simple yet elegant leaf form. With flowing curves that compliment and hug the ‘Old Oak’ which it shares its remote spot with, the viewing platform is neatly tucked away in the leafy canopy almost invisible from a distance making it ideal for watching the nearby wildlife.
Leaf’s bespoke design and build was prefabricated by Inhabit’s skilled team of craftsmen off-site in our Sussex warehouse before being transported to and reassembled on location. As the finishing touches go into place we know this one’s going to be a real favourite – if you can find it – or one of Knepp’s best kept secrets – if you can’t!
Leaf will soon be open to the public courtesy of Knepp’s permissive access Scheme. Why not make a visit and share your story: #leafknepp
